Biography

Abdullateef AMEEN is a lecturer in the department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin. He is current exam officer of the department. He has been involved in various committees and served as the faculty of management sciences representative at different committees. He is one of the editors for a book titled “Global Issues and Nigerian Laws: Essays in Honour of Hon. Justice Saliu Saidu”. His interest of research includes Public Management, Human Resource Management, Public Policy Analysis, Administrative Law, and Development Administration.

He has published over 20 journal articles in reputable journals and edited conference proceeding on topics such as performance Appraisal practices, Development Administration, Employee Engagement and Performance, local government Administration, etc.

Dr. Ameen, Abdullateef obtained diploma (Kwara state polytechnic), B.Sc., M.Sc. (University of maiduguri), and PhD (University Utara, Malaysia) in public Administration.
