Iyiola Tomilayo AKINDELE is a Reader in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Akindele has taught and supervised projects in the department for close to a decade.

She is the Acting Head of Department as well as a member of the Editorial Board Member of Ilorin Journal of Administration and Development, a journal of the Department of Public Administration. She has been involved as Head of Committees and Faculty of Management Sciences Representative at various committees at the University.

Her research interests include New Public Management, Human Resource and Organizational Management, Ethics and Accountability and Gender Studies. Akindele is well-published in local, national and international outlets of reputable standards. She has equally attended and presented papers in both local and international conference.
