Dr Abdulrazaq Kayode Abdulkareem, is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria for over eight years. He is the Managing Editor for Ilorin Journal of Administration and Development, a journal of the Department of Public Administration, University of Ilorin. He has also been involved in various committees and served as the faculty of management sciences representative at different committees. His research interests include the ICT in the public sector, public value and public service delivery.

He has published over 30 journal articles in reputable journals and edited conference proceedings on topics such as e-government adoption and public value, local government administration, and national development as well public service delivery. He is a member of the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration and the African Association for Public Administration and Management.
